School Year 2023-2024 is a year full of hope and promise as we look forward to celebrating 70 years of our Assumption School here in Minoo, Osaka!
71 years ago this year, in 1952, 5 brave sisters of the Congregation of the Religious of the Assumption came to Japan from overseas, to respond to the need for quality education. They came not knowing the language nor the culture of the people but they came with much love and generosity to give whatever they could so that LIFE may flow and grow.
Today, we are blessed as recipients of the legacy of all those who have come before us. And we welcome the privilege of embracing the challenge to do our part in carrying on the mission of Assumption Education that always seeks to participate in building a better world for all.
Join us in thanksgiving for all that has been, and be a part of this wonderful and meaningful project of making a positive different by the choices we make today.
